The Prevention, Retention and Contingency (PRC) program is designed to assist low-income families with employment related help (car repair, car purchase, insurance, work clothing, boots, tools, supplies, gas money, license reinstatement, etc.) and non-employment related help (utility disconnects, rent eviction, mortgage payment to prevent repossession, home repair, stove, refrigerator, etc.)
