How do I become a Day Care Provider?

Contact the Day Care Specialist at 484-1500 for information. A Provider Orientation session is held the second Tuesday of each Month at 4:00. It is held in the CCDJFS office. You will receive all the initial forms and information you will need to begin the process during this orientation.
