What are the advantages of being a Certified Provider?

When the county certifies a provider, they ensure that the providers home meets or exceeds the State Health and Safety requirements, background checks are performed on everyone in the home to ensure the safety of the children in care. Training is provided by the County to ensure the providers are well knowledged in the areas of Growth and Development, First Aid and CPR, Communicable Disease, Abuse Recognition and Prevention as well as other trains to enable the provider to provide the best possible environment for children in there care.
